C.I.T. / Jr. Servant Program

Counselor-In-Training Program (Completed grades 8-11)
C.I.T. campers experience an intensive training program -including our GIC Course and hands-on experience- to
develop leadership and relational skills, to grow as a Christian leader, and to prepare for working with campers. CIT’s who complete the course successfully will be invited back as a volunteer for at least one more week during the Summer. Upon receipt of your registration you will receive an application and reference forms to complete.

Jr. Servants (Completed grades 9-12)
Searching for a place to grow in your faith, develop leadership skills, be surrounded by fellow Christians, and have a fun while you're at it? Walcamp's Jr. Servant program might be for you. Spend two or three weeks at camp with a group of amazing kids and college-age counselors on fire for Christ! Duties include fetching supplies, building cooking fires, leading games... but the work is balanced by huge amounts of time spent in activities with your campers, and Bible Studies lead by our very own Keith Peters. (Never heard of him? Check out our T.A.W.G. Podcasts). For more information on becoming a Jr. Servant, call Walcamp or email keith@walcamp.org for more information.
