Can I register on line?- YES!  You can REGISTER ON LINE.  Simply click this link and you will be connected with the on line registration service through a secure server.  Credit card information must accompany each electronic registration.  You will be able to view a summer camp schedule, cost, and available space for each camp.  Confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Can I pay by credit card? - YES, Walcamp will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to not only sign the registration, but also to print your name very clearly along with the expiration date and the amount. 

Can I reserve a spot in a camp over the phone without a deposit? - We do ask that you provide a deposit to hold a spot for your child in a camp. Thank you for your understanding!

When should I send in my FORMS? - ASAP! The Health Form is MANDATORY! We must have this at least 14 days in advance. It allows the Health Care Manager to properly prepare. There is also a camper information sheet. This is shared with your child's counselor. It allows the counselor to learn a little about your child prior to their arrival. It can also be extremely helpful if your child becomes homesick, so please feel free to add any helpful information on what special techniques there may be to give your child the best experience possible. Certain Specialty Camps and Adventure Camps have various permission forms and risk release forms. For preperation and organization and to ensure that your child may participate in all the planned activities it is extremely important to return all these forms in a timely manner. What if my child changes his or her mind and he or she wants to switch camps or weeks? - You may switch camps/weeks pending availability.  We must have permission from the parent/guardian.  You cannot switch camps/weeks for children not under your care.

What if my child is unable to attend camp once we have paid the deposit or full amount? - In ALL cancellations the deposit is non-refundable, unless the camp is canceled by Walcamp. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp will forfeit all fees, unless for a medical reason (physician's letter required).  Requests for Cancellation must be received in writing.

What happens if the camp we register for is full? - If both choices are full, we will notify you. You may either choose another camp or be put on the waiting list. Your deposit will be used to hold a spot on the waiting list and is non-refundable should your child not get into the camp.

For what reasons might Walcamp cancel a camp? - Though it is rare, a camp may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment (so find lots of friends to come to camp with you!). We will certainly try to accommodate you by suggesting other camps or weeks that may be available.

What if my child is taking perscription medication? - Only perscription medication should be brought to camp. All medicine will be stored with the Camp Health Care Manager and dispensed as prescribed. Be sure to bring medication in the perscription bottle. A form must be signed to allow Walcamp to administer over the counter medication.
