• FILL OUT the registration form in our 2008 brochure.
• SELECT a program and session dates.
• MAIL OR FAX the completed and signed form with a $50
nonrefundable deposit per program. A confirmation packet will be sent to you pending availability of space. If both your first and second choice programs are unavailable you will be contacted.
