FULL PAYMENT and ALL FORMS are due 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Without full payment by the due date, the child may not be allowed to attend camp for that week. The camp fee includes meals, housing, a counselor, activities, and crafts. Camp store and souvenirs are an additional cost.

A PHYSICAL dated within
12 months is required to
attend! A health form completed and signed by a physician and dated after September 1, 2007 must be on file.

NON - DISCRIMINATORY: Walcamp does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed or religion.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In ALL cancellations the deposit is nonrefundable, unless the camp is canceled by Walcamp. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp will forfeit all fees, unless for a medical reason (physician’s letter required).
