Major League Baseball Tour (Completed grades 7-9)
The crack of the bat, the cheer of the crowd, the seventh inning stretch, it can only mean one thing... BASEBALL! Well-trained Walcamp Staff and one adult leader will supervise this memorable experience. While traveling in a Walcamp van, we will visit Major League Parks throughout the Midwest. Whispering Pines Backpack Trail (Completed grades 7-11)
Campers and Walcamp Staff will head to Hawn State Park in Southern Missouri. Campers will hike 11 miles over 2 days on the Whispering Pines Trail. In addition, a one day spelunking adventure will take place through Camp Wartburg in
Southern Illinois. Basic hiking and
camping skills will be taught.
Rock River Canoe Trip (Completed grades 7-11)
Increase both canoeing skills and friendships as you work together to set up camp, cook meals, and canoe the Rock River. Trained Walcamp staff will lead you on this
memorable adventure.
Porcupine Mountains Adventure (Completed grades 7-11)
Campers will travel to the picturesque Porcupine Mountains in Michigan. A 21 mile hike over 4 days will be the highlight of this adventure. Basic hiking and camping skills will be taught.
