Individuals and Families
Walcamp Outdoor Ministries invites you and your family to come and have an experience to remember! Consider having a weekend outing, or hosting your next family reunion, church or company picnic, in Walcamp’s beautiful surroundings.
Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With 180 acres of woods, grassy fields and gently sloping prairie land, streams and ponds, Walcamp is a great place to see the beauty of God’s creation and how God quietly and gently works in each of our lives.
Churches and Groups
Discover how you can experience Christ in His creation as a church family! Think of Walcamp being an extension of the ministry of the church. Are you finding it to be a challenge for your family to stay connected to each other and the church? Does your family need a break from fast paced, over-scheduled lives? A weekend camping retreat is a super way for church families, parent support groups, homeschool families and other groups to join together at Walcamp and SLOW DOWN!
Holiday Weekends
Memorial Day and Labor Day
Walcamp holiday weekends provide the chance for an extended holiday retreat. The program begins with arrival Friday evening and continues through Monday. In addition to the regular Family Campground programming there are activity options, such as bingo, hayrides, s’mores and extended waterfront hours.
Seasonal Camping Spaces
Walcamp provides a limited number of seasonal sites. Seasonal camping sites allow families or individuals the advantage of camping multiple weekends during the season, and store their camper during the off-season. It’s a perfect set up where you don’t have to make reservations, don’t have to fight big crowds, and your camper can stay in the same location all season long.
