About our Summer Staff
Walcamp staff are carefully selected each year for their excellent qualifications and love for Jesus and children. All counselors are certified in CPR and First Aid. All aquatic activities are supervised by Red Cross Certified lifeguards. A volunteer RN or MD is on duty for each camp program. Walcamp is a ministry in the Northern Illinois District of The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
