Golf registration and grilled lunch at 11:00 AM
Tee times begin at 12:00 Noon
All golfers receive grilled lunch and use of cart. Complimentary
bottled water will be provided on the course.
Walcamp Scramble Rules:
The Walcamp Scramble is a competion format that rewards both team and individual play. It involves 4-person teams playing four balls. Each player in the group tees off on every hole and the team chooses the best drive. From that spot each person plays out the hole as in normal match play, counting each stroke.
Levels of Sponsorship
All sponsors will be recognized in the program of the day and on the event sponsor billboard.
- Hole Sponsor $100 - One hole sponsorship includes a
prominent sign at one hole of the course and a mention in the event
program book that goes to each attendee. You will be contacted
for specific information regarding the name and/or logo/graphics
you would like to have included.
- Gold Sponsor $500 - Includes four golfers, two meals for
each, and a hole sponsorship
- Silver Sponsor $300 - Includes two golfers, two meals
for each, and a hole sponsorship

Meal Sponsors - Large company sign at banquet hall, in
program booklet, sponsor billboard, and during dinner announcements
- Lunch Sponsor $750 - grilled lunch
- Beverage Sponsor $150 - beverages on the course
- Dinner Sponsor $7500 - sit-down served meal in clubhouse

Dinner, auction, and awards at 6:30 PM
Auction - We are happily accepting donated items to include
in the auction. Event tickets, memorabilia, golf balls and equipment,
gift or spa certificates and weekend getaways at your condo
or
cabin are popular items! Consider donating an auction item
to support Walcamp Outdoor Ministries.
