GROUP INITIATIVE COURSE

The main focus of the Group Initiative Course (GIC) is to promote and encourage working and playing together among its participants. The goal is to increase each person's ability to work as part of a team and to develop in each person a better appreciation of what he or she can contribute. Through a series of initiatives, low and high elements, the group will learn to function together as an effective unit. Participants learn more about how a group works together and how they work within a group. Individuals may participate at any level. Involvement is not required, but encouraged.

In-depth processing and discussion after each activity allows participants to connect the GIC experience to their daily walk with Christ or in the work place.
