Walcamp Outdoor Ministries invites you and your family to come camping with us and have an experience to remember. Consider having a weekend outing, or hosting your next Family Reunion, Church or Company Picnic, at Walcamp's beautiful surroundings.

Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With 177 acres of woods, grassy fields and gently sloping prairie land, streams and ponds; Walcamp is a great place to see the beauty of God's creation and how God quietly and gently works in each of our lives.

Share time together as a Church Family!

Walcamp desires to be an extension of the ministry of the church.  More and more families are struggling to stay connected to each other and the church in these times of over scheduled and fast paced lives.  Bring your church family to Walcamp and SLOW DOWN!  We will provide you with all you need to make this an easy and relaxing experience.  Contact the Regiatrar or 815-784-5141 for more information on how you can experience Christ in His Creation as a Church Family!

Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

Each weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend Walcamp will lead you through a weekend of fellowship, fun and relaxation.  Campfire devotions, games, horseshoe tournaments, hay rides, frisbee golf, swimming, canoeing, and many more activities for everyone are led by the energetic staff of Walcamp Outdoor Ministries each weekend. Bring the whole family for these memorable weekends.

  • Rustic tent sites - $20/night
  • RV Sites -
    • 30amp sites - $53/weekend; $80/holiday weekend
    • 50 amp sites $58/weekend; $85/holiday weekend
  • One room camping cabins - $93/weekend; $132/holiday weekend

  Weekend price includes a 2-night minimum stay; Holiday weekend price includes a 3-night minimum stay.

  NOTE - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon reservation.  Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
