Refund and Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, unless Walcamp cancels the camp or event.
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration for all summer programs.
- Registrations processed within fourteen (14) days of the start of a summer camp are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early; no refunds will be made after the session has begun.
- A refund less the advanced registration fee will be issued if a written request for summer camp cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be issued after that time, except for medical reasons verified by a medical statement signed by the camper’s attending physician.
- All summer camp refunds will be made for the adjusted amount with the same method of payment as the original transaction. Credit card refunds will be made only to the same card used for the original transaction.
- Product orders are automatically processed and may not be cancelled once submitted.
- Damaged or defective products may be returned for an exact replacement within 30 days of purchase, subject to manufacturer limitations.
- There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the return is due to our error.
- We can process returns only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Walcamp Outdoor Ministries.
- Certain products mentioned on our site are sold by third parties or are linked to third-party Web sites. We have no responsibility or liability for those products. Any problems related to the quality or safety of a product beyond our standard 30-day return policy must be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.
