Registration Policies
A PHYSICAL dated within 24 months is required to attend! A completed health form dated after June 8, 2007 and signed by a physician must be on file.
FULL PAYMENT and ALL FORMS are due 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, without which the camper may not be able to attend camp that week.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In all cancellation the deposit is nonrefundable, unless the program is cancelled by Walcamp. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancellations made less then 14 days prior to the start date forfeit all fees, except for medical reasons (physicians’ letter required.)

Walcamp does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed or religion
LOST & FOUND POLICY
In the event an item is left at camp, you may email heather.wickstrom@walcamp.net and arrange to pick it up. We will NOT ship any lost items. Please do not send valuable items with your camper as they may be lost or accidentally taken home by another camper. Walcamp staff are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen articles or clothing. Lost and Found items will be donated to a local charity after one week, and any medications will be disposed of properly.
